         The Villa is only 350 m from the main beaches and 150 m from the tennis playgrounds. 6 apartments from 45m2-55m2, that is apartments with 2 king size bedrooms; one apartment with 1 king size bedroom plus 1 single bedroom; and apartments with kingsize beds for double occupancy. All apartments have the possibility of an added queen size bed.

         All apartments have private entrances, large terraces and balconies with a fantastic view of the city of Rijeka and the Kvarner bay.
